Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description (English)

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring company’s digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.


If CPA, LTV, ROI, CPC, CPV is your language, we want to talk. You will be directly responsible for performance marketing channels, such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram, driving compelling creatives to reach our target audience, across a landscape of campaigns and ad-groups you will create, define and A/B test to meet goals on CPA LTV ratio and CPAs. This will be a team handling senior role.

Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Design and oversee all aspects of company’s digital marketing department including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting this industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Solid understanding of the APP marketing & reporting tools (Branch, Adjust, etc)
  • Understanding of Marketing automation implementation and process execution in a must
  • Manage various e-tools. For example: eCRM (Customer Relationship Management), websites' CMSs (Content Management System), Social Media Management Platform, etc.
  • Monitor CPA, budgets, LTV, MRR and deliver projects to lift each step of the user-journey through rigorous testing.
Skills required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and knowledge of all Analytical & Dash boarding tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Both Agency and Brand experience preferred
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power point
