VM & Creative Manager

Job Description (English)
•Develop VM guidelines for each store, with clear implementation plan to achieve continual seasonal and promotion based objective
•Regularly update the Head of Brand to ensure the stores visual and creative strategy is aligned with overall brand philosophy and commercial objectives
•Devise, implement and execute innovative and creative strategies for your brand, developing presentation translations for all store designs and categories (fixture needs/usage, wall elevations, adjacencies and marketing needs, etc). Validate all final floor set line plans, delivery updates, and tiers for the product when collaborating with Operations.
•Devise, implement and execute tests as they relate to brand categories to ensure total store is leveraged for optimal execution, collaborating with cross-functional partners for test results and quantitative/qualitative information; developing and trialing new visual merchandising and creative concepts and feeding back to the Head of Brand
•Constantly conceptualize new and creative in-store merchandising ideas to drive out of the box thinking; keeping up to date with the latest trends in visual merchandising and creative and using this knowledge to create new and innovative visual and creative solutions that lead the way on the high street and for the brand 
•Daily review of store Brand Standards, working closely with AVM’s to take action with any dropping standards and/or requirements
•Daily review of sales and product/bestseller performance to identify anomalies and areas/stores for improvement
•Liaising with the Marketing team to ensure the store visually, creatively and commercially reflects in store and at brand events
•Clearly communicate and schedule the Area VM team, ensuring standards and guidelines are being implemented and reported back on strengths and weaknesses
•Clear and early communication to respective Area/Region Retail Operation teams, of any and all brand activity requirements before time
•Project managing and delivering in coordination with store team:
•New Collections, stock changes and SALE promotions
•Promotions & Calendar: planning, communication & printing
•Transfer of product and brand knowledge to retail operation teams
•Oversee approval of ISVM hires
•Development of ISVM and AVM capabilities
