Job Summary : 
The position is required to create a next line & support function for Finance Director for leading a lot of projects for improving the process/upgrading the systems/keeping control on daily business operations along with streamlining the collection & payment process as there is no Qualified Manager currently in the Finance team to guide & train the team to adapt to new ways of working as majority of Finance team is not having any development.
Duties & Required Skills: 
  • Supervising Monthly accounts closing .
  • Updating Monthly Financials .
  • Budgeting & Variance Analysis.
  • MIS & Monthly Dashboard .
  • Monthly Cash Flow .
  • Review of AR/AP/Inventory.
  • Approval of JV & PO in System .
  • Review of daily payments/Collection.
  • Co-ordinating with Auditors & Filing of VAT & other statutory Returns .
Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of advanced excel and power point .
  • Knowledge of Microsoft dynamics will be added advantage.
  • Presentation & Communication skills.
  • Experience in Retail Industry
  • Teamwork (The role highly depends on ability to continue harmony in team to achieve objectives)
