Job Description (English)
Job Summary:

The CFO main responsibility will be planning, implementing, managing and running of all finance activities at Al Abdul Karim, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations

The CFO will be on a group level where he/she will be accountable on overseeing all retail, real estate and investment for the group, in addition to be fully aware with the law and regulations
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and the accounting team 
  • Providing strategic recommendations to Board Members and executive committee 
  • Accountable for managing the process of financial forecasting & budgeting, in addition to accountability of financial reporting preparation
  • Establishing and developing relations with senior management & external partners 
  • Constantly reviewing the developing procedures & processes for the division 
  • Accountable for overall planning & management of the group’s financial affairs  and leading new investment initiatives 
  • Responsible on all risk management tasks by analyzing group’s liabilities, investments and cash flow 
  • Ability to protect group’s revenue and profit to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth 
  • Maintain & ensure group’s cash flow is appropriate for the operations 
  • Ensure compliance with the law, regulations & group's policy
