Logistics & Operation Supervisor

Job Description (English)
  • Overseeing the running of a customer service team and returns department
  • Manager of the order cycle with logistic team, Fulfillment team and last shipping mile.
  • Follow up strategy to follow the shipping company in order to ensure the delivery of orders on time without any issues (Wrong Address ,wrong items ....etc ) ,
  • Meeting daily sales and order fulfillment targets
  • Warehouse and store based online order fulfilment (domestic and international)
  • Management of incoming and outgoing eCommerce stock
  • Manage Order cycle from A to Z (Once an order is confirmed to be delivered ).
  • Liaising and building rapport with third party freight and supply companies
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation, processing, distribution and retention of all necessary reports to track performance metrics. 
  • Weekly and monthly reporting as required by the business
  • Strategies that work across different channels
