MOL & Administration HR Advisor

Job Description (English)
Job Summary 

Responsible to ensure the company operates within the regulations of the Ministry of Labor, with up to date changes in policies and regulations. Enables the department heads and any management to spend less time discussing HR related issues with their team. Advise & recommend to business support and facilities, including the commercial support of store licensing needs.

Reviewing and recommending the development and implementation of human resource administration; head office facilities management; travel management, and other business support needs, including Payroll. Review Government Relations Procedures (Change of Sponsorship, Issuance of new Iqamas, renewal of Iqamas, Iqama Transfers, processing Visa documents, Exit Re-entry & final Exit Visa etc; GOSI and HRDF and recommend accordingly 
Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Ensure smooth delivery of employee policies & procedures
  • Company administration relating to CRs and licensing
  • Oversee accurate implementation of Nitaqat, Iqama, HRDF, WPS, GOSI and MOL requirements
  • HR procedures, facilities, supplier/contractor, and third party services providers in support of HR related business operations
  • Recommend on efficient process for store licensing needs, including emergency situations where stores might be closed, through HR business partnering
  • Advise on labor relations P&P’s; ensure its compliance with KSA labor laws
  • Advise & recommend on record disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Advise managers and supervisors on cases of labor relations to ensure compliance with KSA labor law and protection of AK interests.
  • Reviewing & recommending effective on boarding process
  • Ensuring that Saudization requirements are met with government entities, maintaining accurate and regularly updated records
  • Liaise with government entities to resolve issues related to obtaining all required Saudization and Chamber of Commerce registration certificates
  • Advise on HR Dashboards for department heads
  • Constant review for Policy & Procedures Manual and Employees’ Handbook, recommending adjustments when required and approved
  • Reviewing & advising on efficiency and accuracy of process and records relating to employees’ entitlements: leave, holidays, travel etc
Required education & Skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
  • Must be specialized in Saudi Labor Law & regulations
  • CHRM, CIPD or other equivalent HR certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources management positions.
  • Sound knowledge in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, performance development, and training.
  • Ability to manage and motivate teams to produce quality materials within timeframes
  • Communication and Presentation skills
  • Significant Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
  • Ability to work under significant pressure.
  • Bilingual (Arabic / English) is a pre-requisite
Well versed in Microsoft office applications (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint…).
