Brand Coordinator (Warehouse)

Job Description (English)

The Logistics/Warehouse Brand Coordinator’s main responsibility is to ensure a smooth and efficient process is followed; by obtaining the shipping itinerary on incoming shipments and planning receiving, processing, and dispatching to stores, to meet daily demands.(more than 1 brand)


The Brand Coordinator will ensure that expectations of Merchandisers, Brand Managers and Store requirements are met, when it comes to the following areas: processing of all daily picking and store deliveries, coordination of new launches, allocations of merchandise, and recommendations on process improvements.


Based on the flow of stock data, coordinate the staff resources (LDC Assistants) to enable accurate and timely distribution to stores. In addition, he will coordinate with the inventory team, stock takes and cycle counts, maintaining tight security measures and controls to avoid shrinkage, and prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Creating & closing Transfers for new stock/EOS from DC to Stores & vice versa.
  • Obtaining information on incoming shipments and managing the Distribution Center and its working procedures
  • Planning and implementing the processes and schedules of merchandizes, processing, and dispatching to stores that meet daily demands.
  • Ensuring that all daily picking and store deliveries are processed and that all controls and checks are in place.
  • Coordinating new launches and necessary allocations of merchandizes.
  • Recommending processes to meet merchandisers; brand managers; and store requirements
  • Coordinating stock takes and cycle counts. Assessing accuracy of daily activity reports and initiating discrepancy investigations
  • Closing Discrepancies with the coordination of Inventory and Finance (subject to be changed depending on the development).
  • Maintaining tight security measures to avoid shrinkage
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports as required
  •  Ensuring that housekeeping and safety standards are maintained as per Company Policies and Procedures
Required Education/Skills:
  • Minimum of College degree or equivalent.
  • 2 - 5 years of Distribution Centre experience in retail operations
  • Knowledge in working with ERP Systems (MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is a plus)
  • Ability to maintain harmony in team to achieve objectives
  • High communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively between multiple people
  • Ability to make effective and timely decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
