Retail Recruitment Specialist

Job Description (English)
Responsible to deliver the workforce needed based on clearly defined growth plans. Retail recruitment is nationwide, covering both Saudi National and Expatriate needs, but mainly focused on Store sales staff job type. Require your ability to manage multi-channel sourcing techniques: agencies, social media, headhunting, networking, referrals, government programs, etc
You are expected to consider new ideas, to improve our ability to hire better quality people and strengthen our Employer Brand; in addition, knowing our competition with the objective to always have a better workforce than them.
  • Deliver on annual workforce requirements across your allocated areas of responsibility.
  • Manage tracking of your requirements, highlighting when there could be delays and how we can improve
  • Close coordination and coolaboration with colleagues in other departments and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with workforce planning policies & procedures and compliance with KSA labor law and legislation.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, phone screens, interviews, reference checks, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Building applicant pipelines and the database; developing specific strategies using community services, colleges, universities, employment agencies, media, roadshows and internet sites.
  • Consistently look to enhance the overall recruitment process
  • Coach hiring managers to ensure better hiring decisions
  • Prepare offer letters for your roles
  • Developing and maintain processes and materials related to hiring including applicant forms, interview guides and referencing.
  • Conducting exit interviews, providing reports on causes of staff departure along with any recommendations on how to improve
  • Gathering and recording data on candidate sourcing
  • Data integrity of systems
  • Role Management:
    • Gather and record data on market compensation and benefits schemes
    • Alignment of Package Range to Grade and Family Description
    • Reviewing Job Analysis and develop Job descriptions.
